Position Overview:
We're in search of a creative and results-oriented TikTok Affiliate Manager to join our marketing squad. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to bolster our brand's presence on TikTok through affiliate partnerships. This role demands a deep comprehension of TikTok's platform dynamics, trends, and algorithms, coupled with proficiency in affiliate marketing and influencer relations.

Responsibilities:

Devise and implement affiliate marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
Identify and onboard TikTok influencers and content creators to our affiliate program.
Forge and nurture robust relationships with affiliate partners, offering support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
Collaborate with affiliates to craft and refine TikTok content that resonates with our brand messaging and goals.
Monitor and assess TikTok campaigns, tracking pivotal metrics and performance indicators for optimization.
Stay abreast of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to amplify visibility and reach.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure coherence in brand messaging and strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a TikTok focus.
Thorough understanding of TikTok's platform, functionalities, trends, and algorithms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering relationships with influencers and partners.
Creative flair with an eye for compelling content and storytelling.
Analytical acumen, adept at tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to drive improvements.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
