Affiliate Marketing/ Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an Influencer Outreach Specialist to join an Influencer Marketing company in the US. This teammate will manage the end-to-end influencer marketing of the team and support the rapidly growing partnerships with influencers and advocates.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
Escalating issues when appropriate regarding contract negotiation and/or deliverables
Facilitation of contract closing
Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influences can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
QC ongoing campaigns (review if the content posted is within the guidelines)
Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needed
The Requirements

At least 1 year of experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns is a must-have
Experience with Aspire for influencer marketing (or similar tool) is a must-have
Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets is a must-have
Should have strong written and verbal English communication skills
Must have worked in the graveyard/night shift schedule in the last 6 months following any timezone in the US (EST preferred)
