Affiliate Content Recruiter Needed

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Affiliate Content Recruiter to find talented individuals who can create content for our brand. Your main responsibility will be to identify, reach out to, and recruit potential content creators who will receive our premium perfumes and manage dedicated TikTok pages to promote our products.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and recruit potential affiliate content creators on platforms such as Fiverr, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media networks.
-Contact and engage with potential affiliates, presenting them with the opportunity to work with our brand.
-Provide potential affiliates with our perfume products and a dedicated TikTok page.
-Ensure that recruited affiliates understand their responsibilities to create and post engaging content on TikTok daily.
-Monitor the performance and engagement of recruited affiliates' TikTok pages.
-Maintain relationships with recruited affiliates to ensure continuous collaboration and motivation.

Requirements:

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly within the social media or influencer space.
-Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Fiverr.
-Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new talent.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Previous experience in affiliate marketing or eCommerce is a plus.
