Ads and Automations Specialists

Seeking a driven and creative Social Media Marketer and automation specialist with a knack for creativity and a passion for systems. A resourceful, hardworking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to producing high-quality marketing content and effective workflows.


No two days will be the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:
-Doing audience research to create effective marketing material that hits heart of our target market, getting them to take action

-Designing graphics, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent with our brand, and optimized for conversion.

-Create workflows on GoHighLevel and Upgrade to see actual info to automate processes and streamline operations.

-Use AI to increase overall productivity of our work



Requirements:
-Strong research skills to identify trends, gather insights, and ensure content relevance.

-Excellent design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) for creating engaging and professional PDFs/eBooks.

-Ability to produce compelling and persuasive copy.

-Hardworking and coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

-Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

-Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

-Familiarity with digital marketing principles and how lead magnets contribute to marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

-Experience in GoHighLevel workflows and how the platform works.

-Experience in Upgrade to see actual info is a plus
