JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a whiz at administrative tasks and do you have a keen eye for detail? We are on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant who is highly computer literate, possesses exceptional typing skills, and maintains accuracy in fast-paced environments. If you are proficient in English and can handle client communications with ease, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with various administrative software.
Fast and accurate typing capabilities.
Experience in handling VOIP calls and using scripts to capture client details.
Proficiency in English with clear and effective communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho.
Responsibilities:

Perform various administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
Answer and manage incoming calls using a script to capture essential information.
Maintain and update records in CRM Zoho and other systems as required.
Ensure availability and reliability during assigned work hours.
