We're on the hunt for a Virtual Administrative Coordinator to play a central role in managing the intricacies of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract preparation to closing.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and adherence to timelines.
• Manage transaction timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and documents to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on transaction status.
• Resolve transaction-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and best practices.
• Professionally handle incoming calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the team, such as scheduling appointments, filing, data entry, maintaining CRM and preparing necessary documents.
• Workweek: Monday – Friday: 10:00am to 6:00pm, Eastern Time

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
