JOB OVERVIEW

This position is a Full Time contractor position here at Strand Media. The hours will be discussed prior to an offer of engagement being made. The role will be somewhat dynamic, as you’ll work closely with our Sales/Account Manager. Training will be provided on our current systems and processes, however the right candidate should possess an eagerness to learn and the willingness to take initiative. This position reports to the Sales/Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Attend internal & external meetings with sales team, take notes and disseminate information accordingly after the call
- Generate various campaign & list performance reports, particularly during monthly planning
- Update client sheets accordingly when new campaigns are added by the Sales team
- Update our internal ‘Master Client Report’ with the most up to date sales numbers & pertinent information relayed by the Sales team
- Assist with requesting additional traffic for low performing campaigns and notify the sales team when said tasks are overdue
- Assist the Sales team with updating budget planning docs, by keeping pricing up to date, providing list stats & descriptions, and helping to track & organize historical data
- Assist the Sales team in keeping list pricing & information up to date in Upgrade to see actual info
- Request campaign stats from list vendors when needed, typically for underperforming campaigns
- Research & investigate performance issues that arise and use critical thinking to problem solve, then report back to sales team and/or client with results
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients by creating new client boards on Upgrade to see actual info, adding list information to proposals, and creating new client folders in Dropbox
- Provide sales team with any direct feedback received from clients or list vendors - Occasionally assist the Operations team with various tasks pertaining to collecting & disseminating campaign assets upon request
- Various additional tasks will be assigned throughout the development of this position

Skills Required:
- Project Management/Marketing Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree on Financial/Marketing Management is a plus
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info & DropBox is a plus
- Experience in QB online is a plus
- Experience in an Ad agency is a plus
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive person who can multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency
- Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
