JOB OVERVIEW

We are BestHuman - a leadership development platform designed for distributed teams. We have a marketplace of coaches and mentors whom we partner with to deliver personal and professional growth to leaders at work.

We are looking for someone who can support the CEO with administrative, customer support and sales campaigns. This involves strong writing, communications, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail and problem solving skills and attitude.

Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues, troubleshooting, and general questions.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Social Media, Marketing and Website Management:
- Manage and update company's social media profiles (LinkedIn in particular).
- Plan and execute digital sales and marketing campaigns
- Plan and design case studies
- Work with the CEO to publish a monthly newsletter
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining the company's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.

Sales Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist the CEO in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
