We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who can efficiently support both aspects of our business, embracing the challenges and rewards of a multifaceted role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to both the marketing team and the public speaker, including client care, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel planning.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring fluidity and professionalism in correspondence, phone calls, and
Event and Training Coordination: Aid in the organization of marketing events and training workshops led by the public speaker, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication.
Document Preparation and Management: Create, revise, and proofread various documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Data Management: Oversee and maintain both electronic and physical databases and filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team with research, content development, and campaign assistance as required.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in an administrative capacity.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication platforms.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
