Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling communication tasks, and assisting with various tasks in a virtual capacity.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support/Executive Assistance:
• Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling, file maintenance, and data entry.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

2. Communication:
• Serve as the point of contact between the organization and clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and ensure timely dissemination of information.

3. Virtual Assistance:
• Provide virtual support by managing calendars, setting up virtual meetings, and handling online communications.
• Assist with research tasks, data analysis, and other virtual projects.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline administrative processes.

4. Organization and Onboarding Coordination:
• Maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Coordinate and assist in the execution of various administrative projects.
• Track and manage various deadlines and deliverables.
• Onboarding clients

5. Problem-Solving:
• Address administrative issues promptly and effectively.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing processes for increased efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Experience:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and office software.

2. Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. Technology Proficiency:
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools such as video conferencing platforms, email, and instant messaging.

4. Professionalism:
• Demonstrated professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
