Main duties and responsibilities:
Your will main responsibility will be to carry out administrative tasks, instructed by your manager.
• Assist with client onboarding
• Take ownership of different admin projects to ensure we hold up-to-date client information
• Proactively chasing clients to ensure they respond to queries
• Assisting new employees to get set up on our systems
Mandatory requirements
• At least one years’ previous experience as a VA/Admin Assistant
• Great command of the English language (both written and oral)
Desirable characteristics
• Experience working within an accounting firm
• Friendliness (we have a fun and sociable team!)
• A passion for learning (we love keyboard shortcuts)
• Software that we use includes Karbon, Google Drive, 1Password, Slack and a familiarity with any of these is a bonus)
