Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ISA will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to achieve its goals. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our growing success.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the real estate sales team.
Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client needs.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
Track and report on key performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of motivation and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
