JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: This remote assistant will be instrumental in supporting the administrative and business functions of a content studio that specializes in long-form content like podcasts. The role demands a focus on client management, file organization, and general administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations and enhance client satisfaction from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Setup and Management: Implement and maintain CRM systems to optimize client acquisition and relationship management. Track client interactions and support the owner in follow-up and engagement strategies.
Administrative Support: Oversee invoicing, billing, and financial management using tools like QuickBooks. Handle email correspondences, schedule management, and preparation of financial reports.
Client Success Support: Work closely with the studio owner to ensure client needs are met, including preparing client briefs, responding to inquiries, and enhancing the overall client experience.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring that all content is easily accessible and securely stored. Manage the upload and retrieval of studio files to and from cloud storage.
Copywriting: Develop and edit content for blog posts, email communications, and promotional materials to support studio marketing efforts.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development: Document studio processes and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency across operations and ease the training of new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Basic Graphic Tasks via Canva: YouTube thumbnails, some Instagram carousel posts, possibly podcast cover art.
Editing and Post-Production (Nice to Have): Engage in video and audio editing and post-production tasks, including color grading and audio enhancements to meet studio standards. This responsibility is desirable but not essential to the role.

Requirements
Strong experience in administrative roles, preferably within a studio or media production environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and financial management systems like QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for copywriting and content creation.
Experience in file management and use of cloud storage solutions.
Experience with basic design and implimentation via Canva
Additional Preferences
Background in client relationship management or customer service.
Familiarity with digital content production, with video and audio post-production skills being advantageous but not mandatory.
