JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations across various online platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a deep understanding of e-commerce sales strategies. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
2) Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3) Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
4) Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, enhance visibility, and drive sales conversion.
5) Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
6) Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or refunds.
7) Stay updated on industry trends, platform policies, and best practices to maximize sales potential.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2) Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or administration, with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
3) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from sales data from software's like Keepa.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5) Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
6) Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
7) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplace policies, and industry trends.
8) Experience with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
9) Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and success.
