*onboarding/offboarding clients admin tasks
*Quotes preparation
*Invoicing clients
*ASIC corporate compliance tasks
*ATO tasks
*Document management, filing documents in FYI Docs (online doc mgt)
*Job collation, drafting
*assisting with workflow mgt, sending clients forms to provide information to us etc
*assisting with ATO outstanding lodgements list and timelines
*assisting with social media marketing
*assisting with
*calling up leads i.e phone calls with leads
*Appointment Setter tasks
*lead generation tasks
*mgt of sales process and lead mgt
*blog post article creation and posting
*editing monthly newsletter and sending out via
*Direct messaging leads on social media
*FB groups posts and outreach to leads
*Client liaison as required, i.e Client Care Assistant tasks
*General executive assistant / PA tasks for Director
*Various other adhoc tasks
Requirements:
Excellent organisation skills, English skills, high capacity person, team player, friendly and reliable.
Requires fast and reliable internet, own computer, private room/office.
Need to work and be available during AU business hours.
