Job Description:
We are looking for a quick learning, career focused, detail oriented individual to join our team as an executive admin support/administrative assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for critical communications and research for the owner of the organization. This will involve research projects using information found online, assisting with
Responsibilities:
Create business communications with a variety of resources including AI
Data entry/update projects with excel
Research software solutions with a variety of requirements to meet
Develop deep knowledge of the business and owner behaviors to aid in better communications
Other Administrative Tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be speak/read/write fluent English
Insurance Industry Experience preferred but not required
Very comfortable and knowledgeable about computers
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
Website Navigation skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from your own location
Some on camera work will be needed as well as on camera meetings with team
The position may involve working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines
