JOB OVERVIEW

As our new Ad Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Google and Facebook advertising accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee Google and Facebook Ad accounts, ensuring they are meticulously organized and optimized for performance.

Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive campaign proposals tailored to client objectives and target demographics, utilizing your expertise to drive results.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics including CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS, providing insightful analysis and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audiences effectively, maximizing campaign effectiveness.

Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to refine campaign approaches.

Platform Mastery: Maintain proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring familiarity with the latest features and best practices.

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing Google and Facebook Ad accounts, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Autonomous Work Ethic: Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of campaign management.

Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying informed about industry developments and evolving advertising platforms.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop impactful ad campaigns.

Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, though equivalent experience will be considered.
