Job Description:

We’re looking for a PPC ads specialist in Google Ads with 2+ Years experience. Social Media advertising experience is also desired.

You will be working on a variety of client projects as you assist with the creation of ads and maintaining ad accounts. Initially, you’ll be working 2-3 days a week, with the potential to expand to more days.

What you’ll be doing:
- With guidance, optimise campaigns based on performance data and insights, adjusting bidding strategies, ad placements, targeting parameters, and audience settings to achieve optimal results.
- Analyse performance and monitor budgets and expenditure
- Build new Google ads and social media campaigns at the direction of the Senior Strategist.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team

Your requirements and skills:
- A degree in digital marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of paid advertising, preferably across the Google Ads ecosystem, is required. Search, both standard and dynamic, Display Ads, and Performance Max will primarily be your playground.
- Experienced using paid marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
- Ad design skills (Canva minimum)
- Attention to the detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate maturity in a remote working environment, maintaining focus, productivity, and communication whilst working from home.
- Must be willing to undertake education and necessary certifications
- Ability to research and problem solve independently

Desired, but not essential:
- Google Ads Certifications
- Google Tag Manager experience
- Google Ads Editor experience or exposure
- Google Analytics GA4
- Google Merchant Centre experience
- Facebook Business Manager experience
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop primarily)
- WordPress CMS Knowledge
