JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate virtual assistance that is comfortable communicating with potential clients looking to be part of our Acquisition team! cold-calling to set qualified appts, managing CRM, and following up with leads and weekly to biweekly meetings

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cold calling existing and new leads via clients' CRM on a daily basis.
• Follow up with potential clients to set appts.
• Assist with sales pipeline monitoring, labeling, organizing call-back dates.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 1 year of experience MINIMUM
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and responsible.
• Able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention
to details
