Job Description:

As an Acquisitions Assistant at Seller First, you will play a key role in our operations, focusing on lead source management among various critical tasks. Your work will directly contribute to our growth and efficiency in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize lead sourcing processes.
- Assist in the evaluation and acquisition of real estate opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads and transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance workflow and project execution.
- Engage in continuous improvement of operational practices.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to excel in the real estate wholesaling space.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Commitment to being the best in the industry.
- Work US hours
- Good english speaking skills
