JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a driven Acquisition Support Specialist to join our team at Samza Enterprises!

A little about us: we are a husband-and-wife team from the U.S. who have been in business for 4 years. We run a real estate business that specializes in vacant land and an e-commerce company that sells primarily on Amazon.
We are expanding our operations, and are excited to bring on a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help with our increased efforts! We’re looking for a highly motivated and disciplined individual to help with primarily administrative tasks for the business (described below), but most of all, someone who is looking ahead and wants a role that is both consistent and rewarding, with an opportunity to grow in both experience and pay. Down the road, promoting a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber into a sales or management role is our goal.


Job Description:
1. Reviewing large sets of data to prospect for potential leads for real estate acquisition.
a. This includes filtering through Excel sheets and websites to find eligible leads using our guidelines.
2. Managing a pipeline of potential prospects.
3. Reviewing purchase orders, invoices, shipping records, and other documents, and completing data entry into our
databases and software.
4. Keeping up with a variety of different shipments, maintaining inventory figures, and completing shipment records.


Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
2. Attention to detail.
3. Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
4. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not required)


Job Structure:
1. Will start part-time (15-20 hours per week), but will transition to full-time when trained in (~3-4 weeks).
2. Pay: $4-4.50/hr. Bonuses are to be built into compensation based on performance and # of deals brought to closing.
3. Schedule: VERY flexible. No need to be online during certain hours of the day. We will have daily scheduled meetings
during the first few weeks but will scale down to one meeting per week when you are comfortable with the work.
