We're looking for an Accounting Technician who will handle a variety of accounting tasks and ensure the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update QuickBooks daily to ensure real-time accounting updates.
Handle invoices from freight companies, warehouses, and other vendors, including documentation, printing checks, and sending wires.
Conduct standard bookkeeping tasks such as journal entries and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis of financial transactions.
Generate and send detailed reports to management and manufacturers.
Work closely with the team supervisor, assisting with part-time tasks related to product management and reporting.
Manage and document all financial transactions related to the grocery business, noting the thin margins and need for precision.
Supervise a small team for part of the day, ensuring all financial records are meticulously maintained.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly report financial data to management.
Experience with invoicing, data entry, and generating financial reports.
