?QUALIFICATIONS
• A degree in BS Accountancy
• A CPA license is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices is a must
• Must have at least three years’ worth of meaningful work experience in payroll preparation and bookkeeping
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Strong technical skills—able to navigate through computer and web applications with ease
• Independent and has a positive work attitude and ethics
• With strong time management and organizational skills

?RESPONSIBILITIES:
If hired, you will be part of our Finance department, working directly under our Accounting Team Leader. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be tasked to:
• document all payroll-related transaction entries;
• validate computations of employee wages, benefits, tax deductions, before recording on SAP;
• ensure payroll software matches recording on SAP;
• take charge of generating fixed assets in SAP and assist in month-end closing;
• lead in balance sheet accounts analysis and reconciliation;
• ensure the remittance of BIR forms 1601C, 1604 CF, 1702Q, and 1702MX;
• prepare PEZA reports:Monthly EZMPR
• PEZA forms 8105 and 8106
• TIMTA reports
• Other PEZA reports; and
• perform other tasks as required by the company.
