Job Description: As our Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This role requires expertise in Quickbooks, proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, and a strong understanding of financial analysis.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.
Utilizing Quickbooks and other software for daily accounting tasks.
Generating customized financial reports and analyzing key performance indicators.
Handling collections and ensuring timely payments from clients.
Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and data.
Providing support during audits and financial reviews.

Requirements: To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
Extensive experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), and other accounting software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with collections and managing billing processes is a plus.
