Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant who specializes in US taxes and corporate finance to manage and oversee our financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US tax laws, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing strategic financial advice to our management team.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
For US corporate finance, knowledgeable in tax form 1120s and 1065 ,understands amortization and depreciation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; No need CPA license but CPA certification is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, with a focus on US taxes and corporate finance.
Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and compliance.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
