Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks
- Calculate client earnings and agency percentages
- Keep calendar for accounts payable/receivable
- Send client invoices
- calculate and trigger employee payments
- Assist with budget preparation and cash flow management
- Generate reports on financial status for management review

Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and time-management skills
- Must work USA pacific time hours
