JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Advertiser and Publisher Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad-tech, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow relationships with both advertisers and publishers. This role requires proficiency in office tools and a high level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Advertiser and Publisher Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and publishers to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Grow Partnerships: Identify opportunities for new partnerships and collaboration with key industry players to expand our network and offerings.
Supply and Demand Management: Monitor and optimize supply and demand to ensure a healthy ecosystem for both advertisers and publishers.
Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
Office Skills: Proficient in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software to effectively manage tasks, schedules, and communications.

Qualifications:

Experience in Ad-Tech and mobile apps: of experience working in the ad-tech industry, with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends. Must understand the mobile app industry including attribution models, mmp's and pricing models.
Relationship Management: Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with advertisers, publishers, and other stakeholders in the advertising ecosystem.
Business Development: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
