Job Title: Account Manager for a Fulfillment Center

Location: Remote

Hours: Full-Time, 8 AM to 4 PM EST

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, responsible for assisting them through chats and emails. You will address their queries, provide solutions, and maintain a positive experience throughout our partnership. This role demands a high level of proficiency in English writing, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional computer skills, especially in navigating CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective assistance to business clients via chat and email.
Update and maintain client records in our CRM system with high accuracy.
Understand client needs and offer solutions or direct them to the appropriate department.
Monitor client satisfaction and work towards enhancing their experience with our services.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Stay informed about our services and updates to offer accurate information to clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role in a fulfillment center or logistics company.
Strong computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems.
Proficient in English writing and communication.
Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple chats and emails simultaneously.
Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure availability during US business hours (8 AM to 4 PM EST).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
A positive attitude and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients.
