Account Manager

We are a Charlotte NC (USA) based home/auto/business insurance agency. We sell insurance policies to local customers. We have 5 Filipino teaUpgrade to see actual infombers currently - looking to expand to 6. We would need you to speak good English and be able to work for us full time (no other employers) - working our hours 8am-5pm (EST) US.

Must be able to multi-task and have great attention to detail. Also familiar with Microsoft Word (Outlook, Excel etc)

You will be supporting our sales team and working with customers to resolve requests. We have a great team and positive working environment. No call center BPO type work!
