Position Overview:
We are seeking an account executive who will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. You will be responsible for closing deals and creating a pipeline of opportunities that will propel our company to unparalleled heights. You will have the ability to earn commissions up to 15% on $6,000+ packages, with $150k+ annual commissions achievable by a top performer.

Responsibilities
You must…

- Take a minimum of 5 booked consultations per day
-Conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand client needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities and sales
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver
- Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients
- Prospect and generate your own set appointments when necessary to ensure you achieve your weekly goals

Qualifications
You must...

Have significant experience selling high ticket ($5k+) programs to consumers, a track record of performance (25%+ average close rate), and have closed a significant number of deals ($500K+). This is a firm requirement, we are looking for experienced pros.

Bring tremendous energy to all meetings and team interactions

Ability to be the number 1 account executive on top of the leaderboard daily

Ability to intelligently connect and relate to sophisticated individuals at the executive level

Desire to test the limits of your uncapped earning potential

Relentless approach towards achieving your goals

A brazen mindset, characterized by a fearlessly ambitious drive to achieve greatness and a refusal to settle for anything less than extraordinary

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and objections

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
