>Most recent role/experience needs to be working with an Australian accounting firm.
>3-4 years’ experience working with Australian businesses.
>Advanced knowledge and understanding of Xero software – this includes XPM, Xero work papers, and Xero Ledgers
>Understanding of payroll in Xero and processing of pay runs
>Proficient knowledge and understanding of MYOB.
>Recent experience in preparing BAS, IAS, ITRs, and CTRs. This includes preparing and generating a comprehensive set of work papers in XPM.
>Migrating clients from other accounting softwares to XERO and process of doing so.
>Understands the concept of bookkeeping and accounting journal entries including what is a debit, credit, asset, liabilities, equity, income, expense etc.
>Proactive with their assigned clients and does not just wait for allocated/assigned tasks.
