JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products or services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
