JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager. He / she will specialize in account health optimization, catalog management, and advanced advertising strategies as well as spearhead promotional endeavors and utilize key seller tools. The candidate must have strong analytical skills to propel growth and elevate shoppers' experience. The HM must be focused on data driven and performance reporting, in conjunction with proficiency in all Marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of marketplace specialists focusing on Amazon, Walmart, and Target platforms.
Strategize and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and performance data to inform high-level decision-making and optimization of product listings.
Spearhead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless marketplace operations.
Direct the management of promotional campaigns and advertising budgets across all marketplaces to maximize ROI.
Uphold exceptional service standards by overseeing customer interaction strategies, including review management and query responses.
Ensure team compliance with all marketplace policies, regulations, and performance metrics.
Facilitate inventory and supply chain strategies to meet marketplace demand and optimize fulfillment processes.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats, informing strategic adjustments.
Oversee financial forecasting and performance reporting for senior management, highlighting insights and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in marketplace management with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
Expert-level understanding of analytics, SEO, and e-commerce strategies specific to Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Strategic vision for scaling online marketplace presence and achieving long-term business goals.
