AI Operations and Documentation Specialist (ML Ops Engineer)

We're building AI agents that are taking on increasingly important roles in our company and product. As these agents become more central to our operations, we need an exceptional ML Ops teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to help improve them and build a sustainable workforce of AI agents. This is a critical role that demands a passion for AI, self-learning abilities, and a drive to impact the field from the front line.

What You'll Do

Manage, report on, analyze, and optimize our AI agents to ensure they are performing at their best and continuously improving
Learn and work extensively with tools like Langchain and Weights & Biases, to create, analyze, and optimize prompts for our agents
Implement and update agent memory to enhance their performance and capabilities
Conduct manual reviews of agent interactions and identify areas for improvement
Set goals for agent performance and ensure that we achieve them
Identify and implement the tools and processes needed to support our agent workforce, such as better embeddings, databases, structure, etc.
Drive our agents towards "AGI" by enabling them to self-improve and learn from their interactions
Create and record instructional videos with voice-over for documentation purposes.
Maintain a world-class knowledge base of all internal processes and products.
Evaluate and optimize agent performance, setting a goal for accuracy and ensuring agents achieve above 85?curacy in their responses.
Achieve this by creating comprehensive and improved documentation for the AI agents.

What We Look For

Technical expertise at a support tier 2 level, with the ability to read and write basic code and comfort with programming languages
Enjoy learning and able to quickly pick up new technical skills and AI-related concepts
Experience in an operational role and a track record of building things from scratch
Proven self-learning abilities and a passion for continuous improvement
Extreme excitement about AI and its potential to change the future of work and life
Strong desire to impact the field of AI from the front line
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
