ROLE:

This role will be working directly for our portfolio company. The brands we own all have blogs in their space and we need to stay consistent on uploading fresh new content there as much as humanely possible, while still ensuring content quality is high.
You'll be on the front lines ensuring our AI content-creation machines are constantly cranking out fresh content for the brand as you take that content, optimize it for SEO & converting visitors into buyers…then get it uploaded on our site.

We always want to ensure our content looks great, is loved by Google and our visitors, and most importantly works to get viewers to take actions that can make our brand money.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keyword research with tools like AHREFs, UberSuggest, AnswerThePublic, as well as understanding how to do free research on Google and YouTube.

Organizing keywords into keyword clusters so all our sites have game plans we can attach in a strategic way vs. just one endless list of random keywords.

Using AI writing tools like Koala Writer, Reword, and Cuppa to turn our keywords into articles that are produced extremely quickly with AI but also properly optimized around the keywords you were helping us pick out earlier.

Articles will then need a human touch added to them. This will usually be to make a more captivating introduction and conclusion of the article and just making sure we humanize any of the pieces that sound "Off" and that everything flows smoothly.

Moving articles into a tool called Neuron Writer to gauge the SEO score compared to competitors so we can make sure we stack up well against the competition. This will include toning down over-optimized words and adding in LSI keywords.

Running articles through "AI Washing" tools like GPTINF to get rid of any trace of AI content. These usually hurt the quality a bit so you'll need to go in and polish a few things up after running our AI articles through one of these types of tools.

Fixing all spelling and grammatical mistakes in Grammarly so that the article doesn't get flagged by Google for excessive errors and also is nice and readable to humans.

You'll also need to understand the different affiliate offers we promote inside each niche we're working in so that you can seamlessly weave in different call to actions we have throughout the content. These will be created with tools called "Lasso" and also "Convert Box" that make it easy for us to embed call to actions in our content.

Coming up with beautiful and RELEVANT images with MidJourney to weave into our blog posts so that the visual experience for the viewer is incredible and much better than the standard "Wall Of Text" most blogs have.

Publish blog posts inside Wordpress after running them through RankMath to ensure they're optimized for our current keyword and everything looks good when live.

Add internal links to other pieces of content by using tools such as Link Whisperer.

We also want someone who is going to regularly stay up to date on the SEO industry on their own and is excited about beating competitors, learning new strategies, discovering more ways to weave AI into what we do, etc.

RESULTS:

Gather multiple months worth of keywords for our brands in advance.
Create a schedule of our keyword clusters so we know where we're going.
Publish 5 fully optimized blog posts per day following this whole process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Direct experience working in Wordpress sites
5+ years experience in the SEO field
Firm understanding of using AI to create SEO-optimized articles
Knowledge of how to look up keywords with tools like AHREFS, AnswerThePublic, etc.
Understanding of how to create well-optimized AI articles using tools such as Reword, Koala Writer, cuppa, etc.
Understanding of how to use Neuron Writer to boost an SEO score (same type of thing as Surfer) to ensure posts aren't overoptimized and end up with a solid SEO score while still being readable, flowing well, and having our call to actions throughout them.
Experience washing AI content to make it undetectable with tools like GPTINF.
Experience with MidJourney for creating AI images that can be used in blog posts.
Experience publishing posts on Wordpress and using plugins such as RankMath to ensure all the SEO on the page is exactly where it needs to be.
Adding relevant internal links with software like Link Whisperer where you're taking a calculated approach vs. just shotgun firing random internal links everywhere.

SALARY:

$5/Hour with potential for raises and bonuses.
We pay out WEEKLY, not biweekly like most companies.
As you grow in this position you can also enter into more of a managerial role where you have a higher hourly pay for leading a team under you who is helping you execute.
