Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Solar Sales

Job Summary: SALARY + BIG COMMISSIONS
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our solar sales team as a Cold Caller / Appointment Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and promoting the benefits of solar energy. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, engage them in meaningful conversations, and schedule appointments for our solar sales representatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a genuine interest in renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in solar energy or meet the target demographics.
• Engage prospects in professional and persuasive conversations to educate them about the advantages of solar energy and our company’s offerings.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify their needs, budget, and potential for solar installations.
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects for our solar sales representatives, ensuring accurate recording of all relevant details in our CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects who have shown initial interest but are not ready to commit, nurturing the relationship and providing additional information as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, solar energy incentives, and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convey the benefits of solar energy effectively.
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail to accurately record customer information and appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of solar energy or previous experience in the solar industry is a plus.
