JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking to hire an administrative assistant for my online publishing company. This is a role that's going to be very versatile and would potentially consist of editing videos, uploading articles to WordPress, and creating graphics. You'll do more than this, as this role could potentially grow over time. You don't really need experience, as I'll teach you what you need to know, but ideally, you'll have some skills that can be leveraged immediately while you learn other roles.

WHAT I’M OFFERING

=> Long business relationship
=> 3 weeks vacation (after 6 months)
=> 13th-month pay (after 1 year)
=> Opportunity to advance/get bonuses if you do a good job future raises and bonuses are a possibility.

Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week (need to be able to work about 5, 8-hour days)
Pay: $3 - $5 USD per hour (depending on experience and skill level, if you have no experience, you'll start closer to the $3)
Payday: 1st and 15th of the month. (You must submit a Paypal invoice to me by the 1st and 15th of the month. VAs are responsible for PayPal fees. We ONLY pay through PayPal.


MY REQUIREMENTS

=> Must be a quick learner.
=> Must be FAST, effective, and efficient.
=> Able to get along with other VAs
=>Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
=> Must be able to work within the hours of 7am to 5pm FILIPINO time (~ 8 hr days, roughly 40 hours a week required).
=>Must be able to research online.
=> Experience using Canva is also a plus.
=> Must have a working webcam for job interview and weekly meetings (if hired).
=> Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
=> Pleasant personality.
=> Able to start immediately.
