Are you a confident and clear communicator who is seeking a new opportunity in sales?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect, qualify, and set appointments for our sales team with potential customers.

Your role will involve, but is not limited to the following:

• Prospect and build lists of potential customers using a variety of outreach tactics, e.g. LinkedIn, email, directory scraping
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify potential customers and qualify them based on their interests and needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure a steady flow of appointments for the sales team.
• Utilize various sales tools and techniques to effectively engage prospects and set appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct research on target accounts and industries to understand their business needs and pain points.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly appointment-setting goals and contribute to the overall sales team targets.


Your experience

• 1-2 years in a sales development, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools such as Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.
• Native / Bi-lingual English speaker with excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
