We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support the daily operations of our vacation home rental business. As a VA, you will play a pivotal role in guest communication, marketing, social media management, and overall guest satisfaction. If you enjoy interacting with guests, have a strong command of English, and possess experience in customer service within the Airbnb or VRBO platforms, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, promptly responding to inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating and optimizing property listings, managing social media accounts, and implementing marketing strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
Daily Operations: Help manage the day-to-day operations of our vacation home rental business, ensuring smooth check-ins, coordinating with cleaning staff, and addressing any guest issues or concerns.
Fast Learning: Adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and processes within the vacation rental industry, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Problem Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize guest satisfaction.
English Language Skills: Possess excellent English reading and writing skills to effectively communicate with guests and create compelling content for property listings and social media platforms.
High-Speed Internet: Have a reliable and high-speed home internet connection to ensure seamless communication and responsiveness to guest messages.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within the Airbnb or VRBO platforms, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Motivated and Self-Driven: Take initiative, work independently, and contribute to the success of our vacation home rental business.
Attention to Detail: Display meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in guest communication, marketing materials, and operational tasks.
Time Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using various online platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, social media platforms, and property management systems.
Availability: Be available to respond to guest messages and address inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of guest service.
