We need a Member Community Specialist. You will work closely with one of the owners and with customers to keep Upgrade to see actual infontum moving forward. You’ll manage customer communications and build support solutions to continue surprising customers with our commitment to excellence & Upgrade to see actual info addition to getting paid, you will gain insights into a top-tier company. Those insights will empower you to grow within our company or be highly valuable to any other company that you choose in the future.

Basic and very important softskills include:
- Pesonal Intiative (If you plan to work for 2 hours that day, you actively look for tasks to complete. If you are unsure about what to do, you ask)
-Solutions Oriented (You actively look to solve problems on your own to give customers the experience they are well taken care of)
-You think independently as well as able to complete tasks assigned to you
