About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will specialize in selling mobile apps, software, and websites to various businesses. You will be the face of our company, representing our digital products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up with hot leads provided by Upgrade to see actual info, through phone calls, emails, or meetings.

2. Understand the specific needs of each business to effectively present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

3. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

5. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling when necessary.

6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

7. Coordinate sales efforts with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and other departments.

8. Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $1,000 USD per month.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the software industry.

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

3. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

4. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

5. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
