Position Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing translation projects from end-to-end, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The role will involve daily interaction with clients, translators and our operations team to ensure that our translations department runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination
• End-to-end project coordination of translation projects, including identifying clients' requirements & project scope, providing quotes using our Quoting application and managing deadlines.
• Provide assistance to the quality management process, including proofreading documents.
• Use appropriate tools and systems to analyse files and prepare them for translation, convert and publish translated files.
Customer Service
• Handle web,
• Live chat support for prospective and current clients (Zendesk Chat)
Record-keeping & Reporting
• Accurate and timely entry of project data in our operational systems (Excel Live) to track project coordination tasks
• Entering contractor bills in Xero (accounting software)
• Produce high-quality reports for management and the
• At least 1 – 3 years of experience working in the translation and localisation industry is preferred.
• Operations or project coordination experience
• Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well-organised and detail-oriented
• Passion for languages; bi-lingual or learning a 2nd language
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VolP
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone,
• High proficiency with Google Suite Applications and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working well with different personalities.
