Currently, we deliver our products through online membership websites and live events streamed across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.

We are looking for a full-time Client Care Specialist who can work on a rotating night shift roster. This role involves providing support to our new clients and assisting with general delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively engage in a high volume of outbound care and booking calls, emails, social media interactions, and requests for
coaches.
* Take the initiative in making follow-up calls.
* Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional fulfillment of customers' needs.
* Resolve customer issues promptly by investigating and addressing them.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and deliver exceptional service.
* Support Live Events and Training initiatives.
* Proactively work towards and exceed individual KPI targets.

Skills and Experience:

* Customer service and night shift experience is essential.
* Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Quick learner who can adapt to new concepts, conduct proofs of concept/value, and propose effective solutions.
* Capable of balancing and aligning diverse needs and priorities of business stakeholders.

* Processor: 1Ghz-2Ghz
* RAM: 1GB
* Virus and spyware protection software with a working firewall.
* Required software programs: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and/or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
* Preferred: Fiber internet connection with reliable and fast speed.
* Minimum internet speed: 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload per person working from home.
* Good audio setup.
