Are you an experienced Digital Marketing and Wordpress Specialist looking for a new opportunity? We are a growing financial marketing company based in Canada, and we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Wordpress Specialist.

As a Digital Marketing and Wordpress Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Website Clone and Migration
• Turning around multiple websites within a week.
• Create website templates using Divi Theme.
• WordPress Website Maintenance, including theme and plugin updates.
• Website Monitoring: Regularly monitor our advisors' websites to proactively identify any downtime or performance issues and promptly resolve them to minimize disruption and ensure optimal website operation.
• Making changes directly to the website daily.
• Website integration and plugins, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Calendly and add additional plugins
• Mailchimp: Create client journeys and implement them into the website.
• Content Updates: Utilize our proprietary platform to update content across email, website, and social media channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is consistently presented
Email Management: Respond promptly and effectively to client emails within one business day to maintain excellent communication and support.
• Project Management: Utilize project management software, such as Clickup, to oversee and manage projects and initiatives, ensuring they progress smoothly, adhere to timelines, and are completed on time.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold our quality standards by conducting thorough checks and evaluations of advisor content, websites, emails, and social media, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage various projects, collaborating with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and overall project success.
• Social Media Management: Take ownership of our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), curating and scheduling financial articles that focus on topics such as insurance, investments, retirement, and financial planning.
• Social media strategy: Create video posts and post to social media.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track relevant metrics related to our marketing initiatives, using tools and analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform future strategies and optimizations.
• System Development: Contribute to the creation and documentation of new systems and processes, streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
• Continuous Learning: Familiarize yourself with the "Run Like Clockwork" system, actively seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills to further contribute to our team's success.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team, providing support, sharing insights, and working together towards achieving common goals and delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Skills/conditions:

• Familiarity with project management apps (Clickup)
• Familiarity with CRM Hubspot
• A personal desktop or laptop
• A stable internet connection and a quiet and private workspace
