We are looking for HR Specialist with at least 1 year of Employee Engagement or Employee Management experience. The ideal candidate must have proven experience developing, managing, and implementing all HR-related processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement relevant strategies and initiatives to engage, motivate, and retain employees/contractors
Analyze trends and propose solutions related to HR In charge of data management
Monitor employee performance and compliance with the company's policies
Maintain employee/contractor records
Administer PTOs, compensation, and other related programs
Provide employees with guidance on HR-related matters
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees/contractors.
Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
At least 1 year of experience in Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefit or Recruitment
Proven ability to be proactive in problem-solving and employee management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite Must be keen to data Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
