Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior/Entry-Level IT Quality Assurance and Audit Specialist with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, along with hands-on experience with No-Code/Low-Code technologies. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and compliance of software applications, including platforms like Zapier, Google Workspace, JotForms, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and AirTable. Proficiency in using Asana for project management is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API integration.

Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance testing and audits of software applications, including those built with No-Code/Low-Code Upgrade to see actual infovelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify software defects and ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input on software design and Upgrade to see actual infoe No-Code/Low-Code platforms to create automated testing scripts and streamline QA processes.
Perform regular audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards, regulations, and best practices.
Track and document software defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure their resolution.
Utilize Asana or similar project management tools to manage and track testing activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and reporting progress to the team.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA and software development best practices.
Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding software functionality and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve QA processes, methodologies, and documentation.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT quality assurance and audit roles.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms, such as Zapier, Google Workspace, JotForms, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and AirTable.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and API integration.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools for task and project tracking.
Familiarity with software testing techniques, tools, and defect-tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
