Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients, engaging in friendly conversations, and gathering information about their lighting needs. Your main objective will be to update our CRM system with accurate and timely data, ensuring seamless coordination between our team and our clients. This part-time position offers approximately 10 to 20 hours per week, with flexible morning scheduling
• Proficient English conversations language skills (80% or above)
• Exceptional phone communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet
• Reliable i5 laptop with 8gb of ram or more
• A minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed
• Wired LAN connection for a stable and uninterrupted workflow
• Headset for clear and sharp conversations (Krisp is a bonus)
• Quite place to make calls with no distractions
