JOB OVERVIEW

Champagne Clean is a residential cleaning company based in Cincinnati, OH that is rapidly growing and looking to onboard a Virtual Assistant to help with administrative tasks and sales.

Must be able to respond quickly, be a fast learner, and be willing to work with us long term.


We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help 40 hours per week 8AM-5PM EST US Time Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
- C2 Level English - please attach copy of your C2 certificate when you apply
- 1+ years experience as a personal/executive assistant
- Reliable Internet, Reliable PC, Noise Cancelling Headset
- Ability to work for 8 hours per day without distractions

Responsibilities:
- Administrative: recording cleaners hours and pay, creating documents for the business
- Oversight: managing cleaning teams, managing cleaning schedules, being an intermediary between our teams and customers
- Marketing: Creating marketing ads with canvas, illustrator or photoshop to post on social media
- Sales: Use empathy, listen and understand what customer wants are. Handling sales and customer inquiries. Take all inbound calls, transfer to me only when necessary
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Hiring: Help with onboarding, and vetting potential cleaning teams.

- iMessage (iPhone) or WhatsApp (Android)
- Loom (for screen recordings and asynchronous video communication)
- Google Drive (Google Sheets especially, but also Google Docs)
