Graphic Designer with experience designing modern websites and working in a team.

Starting early-mid June 2023

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, UK time 8 am-5 pm (PH time 4 pm-12 midnight), Monday - Friday - with a 1-hour break throughout the day as needed.

Have you got a creative flair, an amazing eye for the finer details, and a passion for building fully responsive websites with kick-ass UI and UX?

We are looking for a new member to join our small team. There may be some trial projects prior to starting which will be paid at an agreed rate.

Ideally, you will have:

- solid experience in graphic design
- to be available to work the hours we need every week
- have a good level of experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD and Adobe Illustrator
- some experience in creating StyleScapes, iconography and wire-framing
- able to create fully responsive website designs
- able to create print-ready files and other business artwork
- knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects would be an advantage
- a willingness to learn more and progress in different areas
- a great attitude
- a reliable internet connection, headset, camera and microphone to take part in team calls as needed
- your own computer powerful enough to handle modern Graphic Design at a decent speed
- a positive outlook and keen to interact with the rest of the team

We are based in the UK and have a team in the UK, the Philippines and Bangladesh.

We pay weekly direct to the bank*.
During the trial, the wage is 4,850PHP per week
After 3 months the wage is 5,650PHP per week
After 6 months the wage is 6,500PHP+ per week

Pay can scale up to 10,000PHP per week for the right person over the next 2-3 years.

*Pay is 1 week late. So you work 2 weeks before your first payment is due. This is to encourage you to give us a minimum of 1 week's notice if you want to leave the team. We will then pay back the extra week in your final pay from us.

You will also have full access to the UK-based team on a daily basis as needed. Pay is for 52 weeks of the year, we offer holiday pay, sick pay and a flexible working attitude. We expect honesty, good communication and hard work when needed. All of our team have been with us for over 1 year now and most for over 2. We want long-term team players.

We use Timeproof and ClickUp to manage project time. We use ClickUp for project management and Slack/Noysi for Upgrade to see actual informal working hours will be 40 hours, UK time 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday - with a 1-hour break throughout the day as needed. During working hours we communicate as a team throughout the day and expect prompt replies in all active channels.

We may be running a test project in the first week to enable us to gauge your experience level and the initial 3 months will be a trial period.
