The Quickbook Online Specialist role is a key position for Williamson Advisors.
Williamson Advisors serve entrepreneurs and small business owners to grow their businesses, profitably. Traditionally accounting and bookkeeping services are transactional – to do the books, prepare the taxes, etc.
The Quickbooks Online Specialist works efficiently, has HIGH attention to detail and is responsible for managing the accounts at one time.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position.
This is a long term career opportunity, with 13th month and benefits after 90 days of successful performance. In exchange we require an exclusive commitment, no outside project, clients, freelancing or P/T jobs.
**Must be willing to work US hours and have a minimum of 2 years working US hours.

PHP40,000 - 45,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB INCLUDE:
Managing 30 accounts at one time **Public Accounting experience is a MUST**
Handle backend bookkeeping, admin and support Project
Accounting and clerical support
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and records
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, wire transfers, and statements
Research, track, and restore accounting processes, document & fix discrepancies
Bank & account reconciliation
Generating inventory reports
Prepare and solicit quotes for goods and services
Filing Federal and state reports and certifications as required
Generating and distributing monthly reports/ summaries as needed
Communicate clearly with diverse group of international customers (US preferred)
Maintaining the company policies & procedures
Willingness to constantly update awareness of industry best practices
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must have QuickBooks Online Certification (Advanced Preferred)
Karbon experience PLUS not required
Minimum 2-4 years proven accounting and bookkeeping experience
Work efficiently, HIGH attention to detail
Quick learner & flexible- ability to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once and handle the demands from the CEO
Excellent communication skills - ability to work cohesively with different tea
Highly organized, dependable, accurate, responsible, work well independently
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with technology & tools:
Certified Quickbooks Online (QBO)
Experienced with Project Management: Karbon PLUS but not required
Comprehensive knowledge of Gdrive and GSuite tools
Time Doctor (or other time tracking systems)
